In General:
-Due to the high volume of appointments
we require a 24 hour cancellation
notice for all appointments.
-If we are unable to confirm your
appointment with-in 1-2 days prior,
it will be considered as a walk-in.
-Our courtesy wait is up to 5 minutes for your scheduled appointment, if you do not arrive by that time your appointment will be considered as a walk-in.
Group/Party Policy:
-For groups of 5 or more only.
-We require a minimum of two weeks notice to book a party, and a 20% deposit of all services 1 week prior to party date.
-With two week notice for the party booking, we require a total head count for all included in your party to set aside the appropriate time for your party.
-We require a 48 hour notice for all booked parties.
Massage Deposits:
-All massage appointments will be charged a $10 deposit fee, and will be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
-All package or promotion massage appointments will be charged a 25% deposit, and will be non-refundable if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
